Villa Capacity
Villas are designed for couples and comfortably accommodate two adults in a King sized bed. All Villas are the same size and have a living/dining area with a sofa and a dining table for two. Each Villa also has a private deck with comfortable chairs.
Deposits
25% or the first night's tariff (whichever is the greater) to confirm your booking.
50% at Easter, other long week-ends and the two-week Christmas-New Year season.
Weddings: $1,000 to confirm your booking.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express (add 4%), Bankcard, Australian Money Order, Cash. Cheques must be cleared before bookings can be confirmed.
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking 14 or less days before your scheduled date of arrival, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged and your deposit (less the $75) will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the Villa for the same dates as your booking. Alternatively, your deposit can be credited to a future stay, subject to availability, within six months of your original booking.
Weddings
If you cancel your booking more than 90 days before your arrival date, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged and your deposit (less the $75) will be refunded.
Deposits are non refundable if you cancel your booking 90 days or less prior to your arrival date.
Early Departures
No refunds are possible if you cut your stay short while you are here as we are not generally able to re-let a Villa at short notice. A credit on a future stay within six months may apply under certain circumstances. Discussed on a case by case basis.
No Shows
If you simply don't turn up and you have not advised us, your deposit will not be refunded and your credit card will be charged the full cost of your accommodation for the dates booked. If you have not paid your deposit by credit card, you will be invoiced for the full amount of your accommodation.
Check In - 2:00pm ... Check Out - 11:00am
Earlier check-in can often be arranged if you give us notice...Later check-out can be arranged if your Villa is not booked for the following night.
Children
Villa Alba does not cater for children ... babies in porta-cots are welcome.
